« AdDen avocats is a solid public law boutique firm that unites some 40 lawyers under its roof. The majority of the team is based in Paris, while the rest is spread across the Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nice and Nantes regional offices. The firm has top-level urban planning law expertise and is retained by leading developers to advise on highly strategic permits issues in relation to France’s largest retail and other real estate projects. Several landmark skyscraper renovation projects are included in the team’s caseload. Elsa Sacksick is a superstar in that field. - Advised Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on urban planning and urban commercial planning as part of the disposal of a portfolio of five shopping centres in France to the joint venture formed by the client, Crédit Agricole Assurances and La Française, announced in February 2020.
